I
am crazy about tartar sauce so when I put together a few ingredients I had in
the kitchen and it tasted just like tarter sauce….I got pretty excited. The
dressing would make an excellent dip for oven fried fish or shrimp. Its also
lovely as a salad dressing like I used it today. Soft oven roasted beets, crisp
cucumber and plump black berries add an interesting twist to the standard
spinach salad.
